Haus Solutions LLC is a home maintenance coordination service and handyman provider. The $1,000 Threshold: Pursuant to California Business and Professions Code §7048, all handyman-level labor performed directly by Haus Solutions is limited to projects where the total contract price for labor, materials, and all other items is less than one thousand dollars ($1,000). Permit Restriction: Haus Solutions does not perform any work requiring a building permit, regardless of cost. For projects exceeding the $1,000 threshold or requiring specialized licensing (such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural work, or permitted construction), Haus Solutions may assist in coordinating independent third-party licensed contractors.
Haus Solutions may assist homeowners in coordinating services with third-party contractors. All such contractors are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Haus Solutions. Haus Solutions does not select, employ, train, supervise, or control third-party contractors and does not act as their employer, principal, or agent. Any agreement for services is entered into directly between the homeowner and the contractor. Haus Solutions shall not be liable for damages, delays, deficiencies, or performance issues related to work performed by third-party contractors. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created through any referral or coordination service.
Haus Solutions provides home maintenance coordination and informational guidance. We do not guarantee the future condition, safety, or performance of any home system, appliance, structure, or component. Information provided on this Site is intended for general maintenance purposes only. Haus Solutions is not a home inspection company, engineering firm, or insurance provider.
HAUS SOLUTIONS IS NOT AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROVIDER. The website, service dashboard, and communication channels are not monitored for emergency dispatch. In the event of an emergency — including but not limited to gas leaks, active flooding, fire, electrical hazards, structural failure, or life-safety emergencies — you must immediately contact 911, your local fire department, or the appropriate utility provider.
