We built Haus for homeowners who are
tired of chasing repairs, vetting contractors,
and wondering what they're forgetting.

After six years managing properties in LA, I saw the same pattern: homeowners overpaying for repairs, ignoring maintenance, and stressing over things they didn't know how to prioritize. Haus gives homeowners the support that used to only come with a property manager.
Now serving members across Beverly Hills, Brentwood, West Hollywood, and greater Los Angeles.
We start with a full walkthrough of your home. From there, we build a maintenance plan, schedule regular check-ins, and coordinate any work that needs to get done. When something comes up, you submit a request. We handle the rest. You make the decisions. We do everything else.

One team. Every room. Year-round.
Maintenance, repairs, and improvements all coordinated through one membership. No more juggling five different contractors.

We find it before it breaks.
Regular check-ins, early flags, and clear next steps so small issues stay small.

Honest guidance. Quality work.
We tell you what's worth doing, what can wait, and what's not worth your money.

Haus is a membership-based home care service. We give homeowners a dedicated team that handles maintenance oversight, service requests, contractor coordination, and regular home inspections. Think of it as having a property manager for a home you live in.

No. A handyman handles one task at a time. Haus is ongoing home management. We track your home's condition, schedule preventive care, coordinate pros across every trade, and make sure nothing gets missed between visits.

Every membership covers home inspections, ongoing maintenance oversight, service request coordination, vetted contractor scheduling, and handyman labor (amount varies by plan). Licensed specialty work like plumbing or electrical is coordinated by us but billed separately at member rates.

When you hire a contractor, you're on your own for finding them, vetting them, getting quotes, and following up. With Haus, all of that is handled for you. We also keep a running history of your home so every decision is informed, not reactive.

You'll receive a detailed welcome guide outlining your plan and how everything works. From there, we'll send you a link to schedule your first home inspection. This first visit is more in-depth than regular visits since we'll be documenting your home's systems, appliances, and condition from the ground up.

Submit a request anytime from the website. No app, no login, no phone calls. We review it, find the right pro, and schedule the work. There's no limit to how many requests you can submit.

Most homeowners spend more than they realize on one-off repairs, emergency calls, and contractors they found last minute. Beyond the savings, a membership brings real peace of mind. You're not wondering if your water heater is about to fail or if that small leak is turning into a big one. A single prevented disaster can save you thousands and cover your membership for the year.

Before your first home visit, you can cancel anytime and we'll only charge for the month you cancel. Once your initial inspection is complete, we ask for a 6-month commitment. After that, cancel anytime.

Yes, you can move to a higher tier anytime and we'll prorate the difference.

No, trip fees are waived for all members. You'll never pay just for someone to show up.

Right now, service requests are reviewed and scheduled within one business day. Emergency after-hours service is something we're actively building and will be available soon.

Not yet, but these are coming as add-on services. For now, our focus is on the maintenance and systems that protect your home's value and safety.

We currently serve homeowners in Beverly Hills, Brentwood, West Hollywood, and greater Los Angeles.
Memberships start at $60/month.
Most members see the value within their first visit.
