The scheduled visits, the written report, no trip fees, and the handyman hours in your plan. Work beyond those hours, and any parts, we quote before anyone starts, and you approve the price.
Call us first. Urgent problems go to the front of the line and we get the right pro moving. Membership does not include 24/7 emergency response.
6-month minimum from your first walkthrough, then month to month. After that, one phone call ends it and there is no cancellation fee. If it is not working in your first month, tell us and we will sort it out.
