• Full-home plumbing inspection
• Sink, drain, trap, and supply line checks
• Toilet components and seals review
• Under-sink moisture inspection
• General water pressure and temperature review

A light flush removes sediment buildup, the leading cause of water heater failure, improving efficiency and extending system life.

• Flat roofs are inspected from above when safely accessible
• Sloped roofs are inspected from the ground using professional visual tools
• Gutters and downspouts are visually inspected for buildup, sagging, leaks, and drainage issues

Notes are provided for any visible concerns during each visit.

Hours can be used during visits or scheduled separately throughout the year.

Common Smart Plan tasks include:

• Installing shelves, rods, and hardware
• Minor drywall patching (up to about 8 inches)
• Recaulking kitchens and bathrooms
• Door and hinge adjustments
• Hanging décor and small fixtures
• Minor carpentry and touch-up painting
• Simple furniture assembly

Non-licensed tasks only. No plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, or wall opening.

Unlimited diagnostic visits included. If something feels off, we check it without charging just to show up.

• AC filter replacement

• Dishwasher filter cleaning
• Washer and dishwasher sanitation
• Dryer maintenance and clean-out (vented or ventless)

As part of each seasonal visit, we also perform visual checks of common problem areas, including:

• Exterior drainage and grading
• Caulking and sealant condition
• Exterior vents and wall penetrations
• Garage door safety and operation
• Main water shutoff location and condition
• Exterior lighting and fixtures

These checks help identify early warning signs before they become costly repairs.

Most non-emergency issues are scheduled within 1–2 business days.

After each seasonal visit, you receive a comprehensive digital report documenting the condition of your home. Your Detailed Haus Health Report includes:

• Maintenance observations and patterns
• Clear next-step recommendations

This creates an ongoing maintenance record, helping you stay ahead of issues instead of reacting to them.
