We collect the following categories of information to provide and improve our services: Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and other contact details you provide when creating an account or subscribing to our services. Billing and Payment Information: Payment method details processed securely through Stripe. Haus Solutions does not directly store your full credit card numbers. Home and Property Information: Property address, home size, age of home, appliance details, maintenance history, and other property-specific information necessary to deliver our home care services. Technical and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interaction data collected automatically when you use our website. Communications: Records of your communications with us, including emails, phone calls, and service requests.
We use the information we collect to fulfill and manage your home care subscription services, process payments and manage billing through Stripe, schedule and coordinate home visits and maintenance services, create and maintain your Haus Health Report, coordinate with licensed contractors and service providers on your behalf, improve our services and develop new features, communicate with you about your account and services, and comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the following parties: Service Providers and Contractors: We share relevant property and contact information with licensed, insured contractors and service providers who perform maintenance and repair work coordinated through our services. Payment Processors: Billing and payment information is processed by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy. Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property. Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for up to three (3) years following account termination to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Home inspection reports and Haus Health Reports may be retained for longer periods to maintain service continuity.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. These include SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, secure payment processing through Stripe, and restricted access to personal information on a need-to-know basis. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to access your personal information and request a copy of the data we hold about you, correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information, request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements), and opt out of marketing communications at any time. By accessing our website or subscribing to Haus Solutions services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
You must be at least 18 years of age, a legal resident of the United States, and either a property owner or an authorized occupant of the property for which you are subscribing to services.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, keeping your login credentials confidential, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Haus Solutions provides membership-based home care coordination services. Depending on your subscription tier, services may include scheduled home inspections and walkthroughs, maintenance coordination and vendor management, handyman hours for minor repairs and tasks, appliance and system assessments, and a dedicated home care manager. Haus Solutions coordinates home maintenance services but does not directly perform licensed trade work. Licensed, insured contractors and service providers are engaged independently to perform specialized work as needed.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for scheduled service visits, secure pets and remove obstacles that may impede service delivery, and disclose known hazards including but not limited to mold, asbestos, structural damage, and pest infestations. Haus Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate a service visit if conditions are deemed unsafe, without liability. You will not be charged for incomplete visits resulting from undisclosed hazards.
Haus Solutions is not an emergency service. In case of emergency, call 911. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, property value increases, or prevention of all maintenance issues. Our services are advisory and coordinating in nature. Recommendations provided in the Haus Health Report are professional opinions and should be evaluated by the homeowner before action is taken.
All content on the Haus Solutions website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Haus Solutions and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, misrepresent your identity or property ownership, interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or harass, threaten, or abuse our personnel or contractors.
Haus Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Haus Solutions offers recurring monthly subscription plans at various service tiers. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Plan details, features, and pricing are subject to change with thirty (30) days' written notice to existing subscribers.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and processed through Stripe. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge up to three (3) times over a seven (7) day period. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at office@haussolutions.com or calling (213) 444-2027. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits through the remainder of your paid period.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period after cancellation. Haus Solutions may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds in the following circumstances: a scheduled service visit was not completed due to a failure by Haus Solutions or its contractors, a billing error or overcharge occurred, or a service quality issue is reported within three (3) business days of the service visit.
One-time or add-on services require at least twenty-four (24) hours' cancellation notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows will be billed the full cost of the scheduled service. Work performed will be billed at the agreed-upon rate and is due upon completion.
Haus Solutions reserves the right to adjust pricing for its subscription plans. Existing subscribers will receive at least thirty (30) days' written notice before any price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the start of the next billing cycle.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haus Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Haus Solutions during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Our services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Haus Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Haus Solutions is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of work performed by third-party contractors beyond our role in coordinating and facilitating such services. All contractors engaged through our services are required to maintain appropriate licenses, insurance, and bonding as required by California law. If you have concerns about contractor work, please notify us immediately.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Haus Solutions, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any inaccurate or incomplete information you provide, including failure to disclose known property hazards.
Haus Solutions shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions or orders, utility failures, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
These terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact us at office@haussolutions.com and allow thirty (30) days for good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute informally.
Any legal action arising out of or related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative action against Haus Solutions.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our prior written consent. Haus Solutions may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
